What even is a discord server?
Discord is a social platform that was originally developed in 2015 for gamers to connect off game. By 2023 it now allows users to create unique servers with text and video chat channels for their server members. Each server has its own theme and focus that drives the community.
What's the focus of goodvybe?
In the goodvybe community we are most focused on developing an online space that fosters kindness and compassion for differences with the hopes that our Members may find support in an environment of individual growth and progress online. We also recognize that each individual has their own idea of what constitutes a goodvybe. Consent is key here.
What can I do on this server?
The server is set up in such a way that our Members may create their own CUSTOM vybes on server to pair off with other like-minded members once they obtain a specific server level (see🌐 ᑕOᗰᗰᑌᑎITY > 🌐「🏅」lvl-rewards on server for more information)
All Members may access our public community video and text channels to gain server experience, some community channels require age verification to access.
How could I help this community grow?
Supporting this community can be as simple as joining to use the features available on server to socialize with your friends and as involved as applying to be a 🎩 HOST (with added perks to use on server) to help advertise our community in your content online. Community involvement and growth relies on Member particpation.
⚠️ What do I do if I suspect a minor on the server?
Call for staff support anywhere on the server at any time using @admin ping (⚙「💬」text-support is public to everyone) OR submit a private support ticket in ⚙ ᗩᗪᗰIᑎ >🎫ticket-panel from the top of the server left sidebar.
Provide as much detail and evidences to affirm your claim. The suspected minor will be asked to provide proof of age with a valid photo ID. Failure to comply will result in a server ban.
Is this adult-centered server a kink server?
For any consenting adults interested in more NSFW interactions, it can be! The goodvybe community is set up to allow our Members to CHOOSE if they want to see mature content or not. Our 🥵 Spicy Safe Space provides interested Members with a private area on server to explore the spicy side of being an adult.
Note: verification with photo ID is -required- to access any mature content on this server.
Do I have to be verified?
No. A large portion of the server is accessible to all Members, which is obtained by using a specific command in our ❗server-rules❕. The mature content of the server is 'locked' behind age verification for liability reasons.
How do I get verified?
Submit the appropriate 🎫ticket on server and provide the two requested verification photos for staff review. Members are encouraged to conceal their personal details (ie name, address) and show only their date of birth and photo.
